There can be a few reasons:
> Check your internet connection and make sure you are on wifi if you have it for optimal experience.
> Highly reflective surfaces will sometimes distort the image for our recognition software. Try holding the image to avoid reflections or use a matte finish surfaces for your image.
> You may need to get closer to the image to active it. Try filling the phone screen with the canvas to active it. You will hear the moving moments chime when our app detects the canvas. You may need to wait a few seconds for the video to load.
> Make sure your canvas is well lit. Unfortunately our app doesn't have night vision (yet) 😉.
> If you see the reset button try pressing that to reset the scan.
> If all else fails, try closing the app and relaunching it.
